And there are all sorts of mind games you can do to increase my fear and unease (which also increases my dependence on your good nature that you won’t push me beyond my limits). But think of all the things I could do to you since I like you. Isn’t it the emotions, and not the body parts that count? Shouldn’t we just remember this, a kiss is just a kiss? I hope I never become so rigid in my thinking that I have to ask sexual orientation before hugging someone in friendship. It’s a cold and cruel world sometimes, and if I get love from any source, I’d accept it rather than question it.
